Flex
Flex is owned by Chervon, a large-scale manufacturer of power tools. Flex joins X-Tron, a primarily Asian market lineup, EGO, and Skil as Chervon's primary tool builds.
Milwaukee
The Milwaukee brand has changed hands many times, having been previously owned by Amstar, Merrill Lynch, and Atlas Copco. Techtronic Industries has owned the brand since 2005.
Dremel
Dremel’s multi-tool has become so ubiquitous that Dremel tools can refer to tools not made by the brand. Dremel is owned by the titanic power tool and appliance builder, Bosch.
Bosch
In addition to Dremel, Bosch is the parent company of the power tool brand Bosch. A German appliance and tool builder, Bosch has cultivated a massive brand following since 1886.
Irwin
Owned by the giant conglomerate Stanley Black & Decker, Irwin is perhaps one of the lesser-known major tool brands. The brand’s tools are mostly used by home mechanics.
