This Forgotten Jaguar Concept Car Still Looks Straight Out Of The Future

Despite how some feel about the company, there’s no arguing that Jaguar makes terrific concept cars, such as the Consul, which displayed many fresh ideas.
The Consul was designed and debuted in 2020. Its slick teardrop body, long gullwing doors, and squinty LED head and tail lights produce the Consul’s head-turning silhouette.
This concept car’s cockpit is designed for autonomous driving. The single front seat faces backward toward the three passenger seats in the back.
The steering wheel is optional and serves the seat furthest left. While this is just a concept, future autonomous driving cars may owe their designs to Jaguar and the Consul.
