These Turbocharged Engines Are Some Of The Most Reliable Ever Made

2.0-Liter K20C1
Honda’s Turbocharged 2.0-liter K20C1 4-cylinder was introduced in the MK5 Civic Type-R. It produced 306 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 295 lb-ft of torque at 2,500 rpm.
The K20C1 engine is exceptionally reliable. According to the Precision Turbo Services website, the K20C1 can reach 150,000 miles or more with proper maintenance.
4.4-Liter S63
Introduced in 2011, BMW’s Twin-Turbo 4.4-liter S63 V8 produced 560 horsepower and featured twin-scroll turbos with a pulse-tuned exhaust manifold.
The new engine generated more power and corrected most of the N63’s mechanical problems, making it one of the most reliable turbocharged engines.
2.5-liter TFSI
The Audi 2.5-liter TFSI five-cylinder engine has consistently won the International Engine of the Year Award for the best engine in the 2-to-2.5-liter category.

The Saab Turbocharged 2.0-Liter B202 4-cylinder engine has demonstrated its reliability, as some have operated up to a million miles with only regular maintenance.
