Here's What Happened To Tupac's Infamous BMW 7 Series
By RICHARD SACHEK
Rapper Tupac was known for being a gearhead. He owned multiple cars, including a Rolls-Royce Corniche convertible, Hummer H1, and a yellow 1961 Chevy Impala.
However, the 1996 BMW 750iL involved in the tragic shooting that led to Tupac’s passing was owned or leased by his record label, Death Row Records.
According to its Carfax history report, the car was inactive for several years after the shooting. It was later cleaned up and returned to the record label in 1999.
Death Row relinquished the car in 2002 to a series of new owners before it was acquired by a dealership called Celebrity Cars in Las Vegas.
The infamous 7-series appeared on an episode of Pawn Stars, where it was offered for $1.5 million. The car is still at the dealership with the current price tag of $1.75 million.
