Mercedes-Benz introduced the CLK GTR in 1997. It came equipped with a Mercedes M297 engine, a 6.0-liter V12 derived from the M120 in the S and SL class vehicles.
This engine produced 584 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. The CLK GTR was capable of going from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds and reaching a 205-mph top speed.
The Aston Martin DBS Superleggera debuted in 2018 and was powered by a twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter V12 engine capable of 715 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque.
The DBS Superleggera could go from 0 to 62 mph in 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 211 mph. While the improved DBS 770 Ultimate is more powerful, it has the same top speed.
This engine allows it to go from 0 to 62 mph in 2.85 seconds and reach a 211-mph top speed. The car comes in two versions: a coupe and a roadster called the Competizione A.
Introduced in 2009 as an upgraded version, the Lamborghini Murcielago Superveloce, or SV, improved its predecessor’s engine and could now produce 661 hp.
This superior engine enabled the Murcielago SV to go from 0 to 62 mph in 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 213 mph, showcasing Lamborghini’s exceptional skills.
Unlike most Ferrari supercars, the LaFerrari was a hybrid that boasted a mighty, naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V12 engine with 798 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque.
Supplemented by a KERS unit to enhance its performance to 950 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque, the LaFerrari could dash from 0 to 60 mph in 2.4 seconds and reach a 217-mph top speed.
