South Park: The Fractured But Whole Won't Arrive On Nintendo Switch
It has been snowy in parts of the U.S. this week, and the official South Park Twitter account recently pushed out a tweet in reference to that. In the tweet, viewers see a GIF of Cartman frozen with snow falling around him and the hashtag "#blizzard2017." That was all fine, but the tweet's text caused a bunch of confusion, reading, "Nin-ten-do. I'm coming. I'm coming, Nin-ten-do."
The text referred to an old South Park episode in which Cartoon attempted to leverage cryogenics to fast-forward himself to the Nintendo Wii's (long gone) launch. Many, though, thought maybe the tweet was teasing a launch of The Fractured But Whole game on the new Nintendo Switch console.

This, of course, prompted questions, and those questions solicited a response. South Park has stated that no, sorry, The Fractured But Whole will not be made available on the Switch. As previously announced, you're going to need a PC, the Xbox One, or the PlayStation 4 to play the upcoming game.
Of course, there's more waiting in the future for those eager to acquire the title. Originally set to launch the end of last year, the game was delayed until March of this year, and then as March approached it was delayed yet again. The studio needs more time to finish and refine its product, we've heard; at this point fans are merely crossing their fingers in hopes that it won't be cancelled outright.
