Last two Koenigsegg Final Edition cars are Thor and Väder

Koenigsegg has announced that the last of the Agera hypercars have been built. The two cars are collectively called Final Edition cars and have been named Thor and Väder. Both are already sold and will be piloted up the hill at the 2018 Goodwood festival by their owners.

Both Final Edition cars are Agera RS cars with all the options thrown in for the owners at no additional cost. Both wear bespoke aerodynamic solutions to set them apart. Thor is a two-tone car with clear carbon with diamond-flake in select sections of the paintwork. It has a central LeMans-style fin for high-speed stability along with the active aerodynamics found on other Koenigsegg cars.

Väder is finished in clear carbon with diamond flake and has two small rear winglets with touches of white gold leaf. One of the cool touches for Väder is an enlarged rear spoiler with strakes that have bespoke cutouts showing the support hardware for the active rear wing. Common features on both cars include custom front winglets, enlarged front and rear spoilers, and a 1MW engine upgrade.

The Agera is Koenigsegg's longest running car having debuted in 2010 and the last two cars being produced in 2018. This car was important as it marked the move from supercharging on early Koenigsegg cars to turbocharging.

The 1MW engine update produces 1,360hp and was first used in the Koenigsegg One:1. The Agera RS broke the production car world speed record last year when it hit nearly 280mph in Nevada.
