HTC Doubleshot, T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide Hits The FCC
According to the recently leaked T-Mobile roadmap, the HTC Doubleshot, also known as the T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide, should be arriving sometime around July 6th. Well, the device has just passed through the FCC, which is always a good indicator that it's well on its way.
Although the FCC documents referred to the device only as PG59100, it showed that it supports GSM 850 and 1900 bands, as well as WCDMA band IV. This usually means the device is heading to T-Mobile. It also showed that the device has a sliding QWERTY keyboard.
The HTC Doubleshot or T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide will feature a dual-core Qualcomm 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor, a 3.7-inch display, a VGA front-camera and an 8-megapixel back camera. There are also reports that it could support 1080p 3D recording. But, nothing official on specs, pricing, and date have been announced yet.
