Galaxy Note 7 Details Leak In Release Date-Level Images
The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 leaks in a number of images that show front, back, and both sides in several colors. You'll find the gold, the blue, and the silver – and you can count on a black version being released on release day, too, of course. This will be the first time that Samsung brings a bright blue to the mix on release day, while previous Samsung smartphones have been delivered in a wide variety of tones. Now if only we could get a slime green and pink combination, we'd be in the mix!
What's particularly intriguing about these new images is the borders they seem to carry. Each is lighter than the color they match, including a light silver for both the silver and the gold and a sort of rose gold or pink for the blue. Strange! Awesome!
The S Pen has been seen very little before now as well – what we can see here shows the device to be very similar to its most immediate predecessor, including a click-up eraser-side as well as a single physical button. The tip of the S Pen appears once again to be removable and replaceable, too.
The eraser-side click-up bit also appears to match the border of the devices, in this case acting as a sort of accent for the Blue with a pink or rose gold back end.
The back sides of the devices each seem to keep with the color scheme, delivering a blue border for the camera array on the blue, silver to silver, and gold to gold. Makes sense.
This set of images from Korean message board Seeko appears to confirm the curves on both the front and back of the devices previously in question. The front edges of the device will be curved with the display, just like the Galaxy S7 Edge, while the back edges (also on the left and the right) will be curved in, making this device look and feel unique – and perhaps a bit thinner than it'd otherwise feel.
