Disney+ Big Game Spot Teases Marvel's Three Big Upcoming Shows

The "Big Game", a.k.a. the Super Bowl, has become more than just a game. It has, for many brands, become a place to make sure people get to see their products, both present and future. You'd often see ads for tangible, physical products but, in this day and age of streaming, digital content is no longer a stranger either. So it's not that surprising to see Disney+ up on the big screen but, for Marvel fans, even the shortest 30-second spot is enough to have them drooling for more.

After the epic climax that was Endgame, Marvel Studios definitely faces a tough challenge to prove it can keep on going and perhaps even outdo itself. The challenge is even greater as it tries to find its footing in the new streaming service Disney+ has set up but, based on these short teasers, it may have its work cut out for it.

WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier took up most of the half-minute slot for Disney+. The former builds up the mystery of Vision's reappearance and the series' eventual tie-in to the next Doctor Strange film. In the few snippets, we see Wanda going through various incarnations of herself, including the original Scarlet Witch costume above, inside a black and white 70s show.

It's rather puzzling that fan-favorite Loki was given no more than 3 seconds on-screen, which, of course, only serves to hype up the show even more. After all, Loki's survival has been one of Endgame's biggest question marks and, with the Black Widow film going back chronologically, anything is possible.

Sadly the Super Bowl spot shed no light on any of the three's premiere dates. Leaks put The Falcon and the Winter Soldier in August followed by WandaVision, whose production was reportedly ramped up to meet a 2020 deadline. That, unfortunately, leaves Loki fans to wait possibly for another year before the god of mischief shows his pretty face again.
