Beats Powerbeats Gallery
Slotting in as Beats' new mass-market wireless earbud option, the new Powerbeats brings longer battery life and better audio quality than their Powerbeats3 predecessors. On the face of it, they look a whole lot like 2019's Powerbeats Pro. That's no accident: the earbud design is much the same, with only a cable connecting the two to really distinguish them.
Inside, there's the same drivers and the same Apple H1 chipset. Beats can squeeze in more battery life, however: up to 15 hours. They'll recharge with a Lightning cable plugged in direct, too, rather than using a separate charging case.
Beats will offer black, white, and red finishes, all three coming with four sets of different ear-tips and a matching pouch. They'll go on sale mid-March 2020, priced at $149.95.
