Experience
During his 20-year Air Force tenure, Brian gained experience as an ordnance loader, helicopter door gunner, workforce analyst, and recruiter. After he retired from the Air Force, he moved to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado to ski and pursue a Master's degree in Communication. As Brian's knees started to ache from black diamond ski runs, he moved to Texas, where his writing journey began. He started crafting whitepapers for crypto startup projects with a company called TokenPR. He also landed a job as lead copywriter for a marketing agency in Austin. Then, he started a freelance gig writing about crypto and blockchain tech for an online magazine called Influencive. Brian's professional experience, prior writing endeavors, and lifelong curiosity bring a unique perspective and voice to SlashGear.
