Honda's best-selling sedan is getting a revamp, with bolder styling and more tech. For 2021, the Accord has a new grille which is wider and more pronounced, while LED lights are standard on higher grades. A new Sport SE trim builds on Sport, with 19-inch wheels and a nicer cabin treatment.
Inside, all 2021 Accord get the 8-inch Display Audio infotainment touchscreen, along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Higher trims have wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and wireless phone charging. Upgrades to the adaptive cruise control and lane-centering should make them smoother and more natural in operation, while Touring-grade cars get a new low-speed auto-braking system for avoiding parking maneuver scuffs and collisions.
For the 2021 Accord Hybrid, there's an improvement in power delivery. Regular Accord models still come with either Honda's 1.5-liter or 2.0-liter engine, the former with a CVT and the latter with a 10-speed automatic. Pricing kicks off at $25,725 including $995 destination.
