2021 Cadillac Escalade Gallery
Few cars have the name-recognition of the Cadillac Escalade, and now the notorious luxury SUV is getting a complete upgrade. The 2021 Escalade switches to a whole new platform, bringing with it both an increase in cargo space and a huge 10-inches more legroom in the third row. It should ride better, too, with optional Magnetic Ride Control and Air Ride Adaptive Suspension.
Outside, hints of the Escala concept give the new Escalade a more grown-up, sophisticated look. A big grille, of course, flanked by slimline LED headlamps. 22-inch wheels are standard. Cadillac will offer both a regular and an extended wheelbase version.
Inside, meanwhile, as well as the extra space there are several new color and trim themes to choose between. AKG audio systems are standard, and Super Cruise – now with automatic lane-changing – is available. Two engines will be offered, a 6.2-liter V8 as standard and an optional 3.0 liter turbodiesel.
