2019 Nissan Leaf Gallery
Nissan's 2019 Leaf is shaking up the best-selling EV, with both new features and a new extended range model. The most important change is the arrival of the 2019 Leaf e+, which will be sold as the 2019 Leaf Plus in the US and Canada. It bumps up the battery pack significantly.
Nissan says that the 62 kWh battery in the 2019 Leaf Plus will good for an EPA estimated 226 miles of range. That's a roughly 40-percent improvement over the regular 2019 Leaf, which is rated for 151 miles on a full charge.
Both cars are offered in S, SV, and SL trims. There'll be e-Pedal as standard, for one-foot driving, and Nissan's ProPILOT ASSIST will be optional. Sales of the regular Leaf are underway now, while the e+ version will arrive in US dealerships in spring 2019.
