2016 Smart ForTwo Cabriolet Gallery

Smart's ForTwo Cabriolet takes the tiny Daimler city car and, for 2016, chops off the roof without sacrificing on the bump in performance we saw from its Coupe sibling. Now with beefier styling, and slightly bigger engine, and better-constructed interior, the 2016 ForTwo Cabriolet keeps the slick convertible mechanism with its power folding fabric roof.

It's still one of the cheapest ways to get a rear-engined, rear-wheel-drive car, though probably best not to challenge any supercars to a race at the lights. Still, the 0.9-liter three-cylinder musters 89 HP and 100 lb-ft. of torque courtesy of its turbo, and gets a much-improved automatic gearbox to play with.
