12-Inch MacBook Air Tipped To Arrive In Three Colors Next Summer
Following the Apple announcements and debuts this month is a rumor claiming the MacBook Air will be getting a (slight) color upgrade next summer, doing so in the form of three color options. The news comes from an unnamed source said to be "familiar with Apple's plans".
This source reportedly spoke to the folks at A Tech Website, which reports that its source has pegged a 12-inch Macbook Air for a summer 2015 launch, though that could change, as has apparently been the case before.
Apple is said to have a color change up its sleeve, with the rumored upcoming MacBook Air being slated to arrive in Space Grey, Gold, and Aluminium colors. Apple, obviously, hasn't made any sort of official statement on this matter, so the only option is to wait and see.
It is speculated that Apple is waiting to launch the new MacBook Air so that they can properly include Intel Broadwell processors. For other recent Apple news and product reviews, be sure to hit up our related SlashGear Hub!
