The company also says that its reports have found that iPhone users are more likely to get a shockingly high bill than Verizon users. According to data collected by the company, 6% of iPhone users see bills of $200 per phone per month while Verizon customers see fewer than 5% of users get bills that high.

Validas also says that most Verizon customers that get bills that high have just purchased a new device. Over 1% of iPhone users on AT&T also get bills of over $500 per month, typically because of data and voice roaming while under 0.5% of Verizon users get bills that expensive.
