SMS Technology's M500 Cell Phone Watch

The phone, or watch, however you choose to refer to it, looks a lot like those Fossil Microsoft watches they launched a while back, but better. The phone is supposed to have quad-band GSM at 850, 900, 1800, and 1900Mhz spectrums.

The watch is also water-resistant and has an MP3 player. It also has Bluetooth, 128MB memory, USB connectivity, and, get this, a touch screen, you can't get that on anything short of a limited number of smartphones and the ever-popular iPhone.

Judging from the photos it comes with a Bluetooth headset, it also likely has a stylus as a screen that small would be hard to hit exact points on it with a finger without instigating a brain aneurysm. No price is listed, but I doubt such a compact device with such functionality could go for cheap.
