ScatterTunes Offers More For Android Users Than Just Digital Tracks
A while back Best Buy unveiled a special edition of the Sony Xperia X10 smartphone that runs Android exclusive to its stores. The exclusive phone had a white color and was aimed at fans of Taylor Swift with a digital album the buyer could download that offered some cool features along with the digital tracks. The company that makes the app behind that cool digital album has come out and announced that the app is coming to all Android users soon.
The company is called ScatterTunes and it claims to have the first fully integrated music app for Android users. The app takes the digital album and wraps with it all sorts of other content to expand the reach of the album and entice the buyer to get an album rather than single tracks.
The extra content includes lyrics, photos, videos, and digital CD booklets all on the single platform. The app is only on that special edition Xperia X10 at Best Buy right now, but ScatterTunes says the app will be offered to any Android user soon and will have albums from multiple artists.
