Nooka Zot-V Makes Steampunk Look Like Ancient History
We're not sure, exactly, what people's fascination is with telling time without numbers, but it seems like the fad isn't going away any time soon. But hey, as long as they keep looking somewhat stylish, who's to say that they really should go anywhere? This time around, we've got something from the company Nooka, and yes, we agree, that is pretty much the coolest name for a company. Ever.
The watch's name rolls right off the tongue: Zot-V. And, if gold isn't your thing (too fancy, right?), you can pick up the piece in either silver or black as well. Besides looking amazing, the phone actually comes with some pretty cool features: alarm, date, and chronograph (stopwatch). We didn't say it was groundbreaking. Function wise, the twelve dots that take up the face of the watch represent hours (or months, if in date mode), and the row below tracks the minutes. The case is made of stainless steel, it has an LCD display, an EL backlight, leather straps, and a stainless steel buckle.
We can't say for sure, but we imagine that this is probably not the lightest watch to ever grace a person's wrist, but some times a little stability can go a long way. No word on price, or even availability, but we imagine if you really fancy this thing, and want to get your hands on it, be prepared to hand over quite a bit of money. But then again, people don't seem to have a problem with that as of late.
