Microsoft Release Windows Phone 7 Connector For Mac [Video]

Microsoft has released its beta of the Windows Phone 7 Connector for Mac app, that will allow OS X users to sync their photos, videos, music and podcasts between their new smartphone and their desktop.  Available through Microsoft's download site, the app links in with iPhoto – for photos and videos – and iTunes – for audio – allowing either complete or selective transfer of content to the handset.Video demo after the cut

There's a resident monitor that automatically loads the sync tool when a Windows Phone 7 device is plugged in, though no Zune functionality; Microsoft assumes that all OS X users will already be managing their media in iTunes.  There's a brief demo in the video below, and more details in our hands-on report.
