ClarionMiND MID/PND Price Crash To $230

Clarion's MiND PND/MID continues its price-plummet this week, with Buy.com listing the black version of the 4.8-inch touchscreen device for just $229.99.  That gets you GPS, a 4GB SSD, Google Maps, a Linux OS and a user-experience that could reasonably be described as a car-crash.

Considering the same model is priced at $438 at Amazon, however, there may be more users willing to overlook the meager 1.5hr battery (that's what Clarion quote; one reviewer found the MiND managed just an hour in standby) and trusting the semi-recent software update to fix bugs and some UI issues.  More on the MiND here.
